Singapore Style Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients:

300g thin rice noodles
-
75g shelled shrimps
-
112.5g barbequed pork
-
3 sticks of celery
-
37.5g black mushrooms
-
150g been sprout
-
75g hotbed chive
Seasoning:

Method:
Soak the thin rice noodles in
water till soft, cut all the ingredients into shred and stir
fry with 3 tablespoons of oil. Remove and leave for later use
Stir fry the curry powder with 3
tablespoons of heated oil until fragrant, add 1 cup of water
and seasonings, follow by the thin rice noodles. Stir fry over
low heat slowly, and add the "method 1", mix well. Cooked
ingredients serve.
