Singapore Style Fried Rice Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300g thin rice noodles

  • 75g shelled shrimps

  • 112.5g barbequed pork

  • 3 sticks of celery

  • 37.5g black mushrooms

  • 150g been sprout

  • 75g hotbed chive

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • small amount MSG

  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

  • 1 cup water

Method:

  1. Soak the thin rice noodles in water till soft, cut all the ingredients into shred and stir fry with 3 tablespoons of oil. Remove and leave for later use

  2. Stir fry the curry powder with 3 tablespoons of heated oil until fragrant, add 1 cup of water and seasonings, follow by the thin rice noodles. Stir fry over low heat slowly, and add the "method 1", mix well. Cooked ingredients serve.
