Shrimps Siu Mai Recipe

Ingredients:

packet Siu Mai wrapper

oz shelled shrimps

oz minced pork

tablespoon chopped spring onion

1/3 teaspoon salt

tablespoon chopped black mushroom

Small amount of sugar, pepper, sesame oil

Method:

Rinse the shrimps and drain, add pork, spring onion,
mushroom, sugar, pepper and sesame oil. Keep stirring until
it forms a sticky paste. This is the filling of Siu Mai
-
Put about 1 teaspoon filling on each wrapper then wrap to a
round cylinder. Place a piece of green pea on top
-
Steam the Siu Mai over high heat for 10 minutes
-
Ready to serve
