Shrimps Siu Mai Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Siu Mai wrapper

  • 6 oz shelled shrimps

  • 6 oz minced pork

  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion

  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon chopped black mushroom

  • Small amount of sugar, pepper, sesame oil

Method:

  1. Rinse the shrimps and drain, add pork, spring onion, mushroom, sugar, pepper and sesame oil. Keep stirring until it forms a sticky paste. This is the filling of Siu Mai

  2. Put about 1 teaspoon filling on each wrapper then wrap to a round cylinder. Place a piece of green pea on top

  3. Steam the Siu Mai over high heat for 10 minutes

  4. Ready to serve
