Shrimp Dumplings Recipe

cup cooked bamboo shoot

amount of MSG, sesame oil, pepper

cup tang flour

boiling water

Method:

Rub
the shrimps with salt, rinse and drain, cut into half. Add
chopped lard, bamboo shoot, salt, sugar, MSG, sesame oil,
pepper, and cornstarch, mix well to form the filling

Put
tang flour in a bowl, pour in boiling water, add lard and knead
into a dough. Spread it and roll to a long rod, cut into 30
pieces, and press each of them to a round skin. Top the filling
on each skin, pinch the edges and form a dumpling, prepare all
dumpling and steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
