Shark's Fin Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:

oz shelled shrimps

oz lean pork fillet

oz shark's fin

1/3 teaspoon salt

tablespoon chopped spring onion

tablespoon Chinese parsley

Small amount of pepper, sesame oil, sugar

packet of Siu Mai wrapper

Method:

Rinse, pat dry and dice the shrimps. Dice the pork and chop
the shark's fin. Mix with spring onion, Chinese parsley and
seasoning. This is the filling, divide it into 24 portions

On the Siu Mai wrapper, put a portion of filling, pinch and
wrap into dumpling. Wrap all the 24 portions
-
Steam the dumplings in the steamer for 6 minutes
-
Ready to serve
