Pork Shao Mai Recipe

minced pork

cup chopped steamed bamboo shoot

tablespoon chopped spring onion

teaspoon sugar

amount of pepper, sesame oil

pieces shao mai skins

Method:

Mix
minced pork, chopped bamboo shoot and spring onion with
seasoning, stir in one direction till it forms a sticky paste,
this is the filling. Divide into 24 portions

Put
the filling on each shao mai skin, wrap up. Put in the steamer
and steam for 6 minutes over high heat
