Minced Raw Fish Congee Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of fish fillet

  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion

  • 3 tablespoons chopped ginger

  • 1 tablespoon coriander

  • 1 piece of twisted cruller

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 pot of broth

  • 1.5 oz dried sole

Seasoning:

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon MSG

  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking wine

  • 1 section spring onion

  • 2 slices ginger

Method:

  1. Marinade the fish fillet with the seasoning ingredients for 5 minutes

  2. Soak the rice and boil it with broth for 1 hour, this is congee

  3. Deep fry the dried sole with oil till golden yellow, crush into pieces

  4. Stir in crushed dried sole to the congee. Boil again for 20 minutes, and add the marinated fish.

  5. Stir for a while pour in sping a bowl, and add the fried twisted cruller sections, chopped onion, ginger and corianders

  6. Ready to serve
