Minced Raw Fish Congee Recipe

Ingredients:

16 oz of fish fillet

tablespoons chopped spring onion

tablespoons chopped ginger

tablespoon coriander
-
1
piece of twisted cruller
-
1
cup rice
-
1
pot of broth
-
1.5 oz dried sole
Seasoning:

Method:

Marinade the fish fillet with the seasoning ingredients for
5 minutes
-
Soak the rice and boil it with broth for 1 hour, this is
congee
-
Deep fry the dried sole with oil till golden yellow, crush
into pieces
-
Stir in crushed dried sole to the congee. Boil again for 20
minutes, and add the marinated fish.

Stir for a while pour in sping a bowl, and add the fried
twisted cruller sections, chopped onion, ginger and
corianders
-
Ready to serve
