13 oz Kale (Gai Lan)

Oyster Sauce

Garlic
Seasoning:

Method:

Rinse and drain the kales. Remove the withered leaves stem
from the green ones. Scald in salt water
-
Boil half pan of water with 1 teaspoon salt. Dip the kales
in the boiling water till soften. Remove and soak in cold
water immediately, dish on a plate
-
Mix the seasoning well in a small bowl, pour over kales
