Kales in Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 13 oz Kale (Gai Lan)

  • Oyster Sauce

  • Garlic

Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons oyster oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • A pinch of MSG

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Method:

  1. Rinse and drain the kales. Remove the withered leaves stem from the green ones. Scald in salt water

  2. Boil half pan of water with 1 teaspoon salt. Dip the kales in the boiling water till soften. Remove and soak in cold water immediately, dish on a plate

  3. Mix the seasoning well in a small bowl, pour over kales
