Crystal Shrimp Dumplings Recipe

cup cooked chopped bamboo shoot

amount of MSG, sesame oil, pepper

cup tang flour

boiling water

tablespoon lard

Method:

Wash
the shrimps, chop and mix with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and
Chinese parsley. Add salt, sugar, MSG, sesame oil, and pepper
include peanuts in the last stage

Mix
tang flour and cornstarch together in a large bowl. Pour the
boiling water by continuous stirring until it becomes lumpy. Add
lard and knead into a dough, cut into 20 portions. Roll each
portion into a round sheet. Put the filling on top, pinch into
dumpling shape, and steam over high heat for 5 minutes, serve.
