Crispy Meat Floss Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon MSG (optional)

1/4 teaspoon sugar

Small amount of sesame oil

teaspoon cornstarch

tablespoon water

Method:

Heat 2 tablespoon oil, stir fry minced meat, chopped
mushroom, celery, salt, pepper powder, sugar, MSG and sesame
oil. Stir thoroughly. Thicken with dissolved cornstarch,
remove and let it cool

Spread cornstarch on the plate, place a piece of glutinous
rice paper. Top with filling, roll it, sprinkle with
cornstarch as to prevent stickiness

Stir the plain flour with baking powder, and egg into paste,
add the oil and 1/2 cup water and stir evenly.

Heat half a pot of oil, coat the glutinous rolls with the
paste and put into the oil, deep fry until golden brown

Remove, place on a plate and serve with Sze Chuan Pepper
Corn salt.
