Cantonese Style Fried Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g egg noodles

  • 112.5g barbequed pork

  • 150g green vegetables

  • 2 chicken livers

  • 1 bamboo shoot

  • spring onion

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/3 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch paste

 

Method:

  1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water till done, drain

  2. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in wok and fry the noodles over low heat until golden yellow. Flip the noodles and fry till both sides golden yellow and fragrant. Dish to a plate

  3. Cut the pork, green vegetables, chicken livers, and bamboo shoots into pieces. Stir fry with 2 teaspoons of oil, add seasoning, and pour over the noodles.
