Ingredients:

150g egg noodles

112.5g barbequed pork

150g green vegetables

2 chicken livers
-
1 bamboo shoot

Seasoning:

Method:
Cook the egg noodles in boiling
water till done, drain
Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in wok
and fry the noodles over low heat until golden yellow. Flip
the noodles and fry till both sides golden yellow and
fragrant. Dish to a plate
Cut the pork, green vegetables,
chicken livers, and bamboo shoots into pieces. Stir fry with 2
teaspoons of oil, add seasoning, and pour over the noodles.
