Three Color Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Marinade:

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dry sherry

teaspoon cornstarch

Method:

Cut the chicken breast into bit size pieces and marinade
with marinade ingredients for 10 minutes

Heat wok and cooking oil over medium heat. Add in the
chicken breast and fry for 6 minutes, drain and set aside

Cut carrot and mushroom into thin slices

Cut green bell pepper into small chunks, and cut spring
onion into 1 inch sections

Heat wok and 1 teaspoon oil. Stir fry spring onion, carrot,
and mushroom for 2 minutes. Add in salt, dry sherry, and
chicken, fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat

Add in cornstarch mixture and sesame oil, stir until sauce
is thickened
-
Ready to serve
