Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Sauce:

Method:

Mix vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup,
and soy sauce and boil it. Mix together cornstarch and water,
put aside

Heat up 1 tablespoons of cooking
oil over high heat in a wok

Add all vegetables and stir fry
until onion is cooked and translucent. Move to a plate

Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking
oil, stir fry the chicken until no pink on the outside (normally
about 6 minutes)

Add in vegetables and sauce mix at
step #1. Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes, or until the
sauce is slightly thickened

Ready to serve
