Ingredients:

tablespoon cooking wine or sherry

bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces

cup pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
Ingredients
A:

green onion, cut into 6 pieces

slices ginger root

1 hot
red pepper, cut into small pieces

Method:

Cut
each gizzard into quarters; remove any membrane. Score each
piece lengthwise and crossswise. Mix with wine; marinade for
5-20 minutes. Put in a pot of boiling water; cook until color
changes. Remove

Add
1/2 teaspoon salt to pineapple; let stand for 20 minutes. Drain
the water from the pineapple

Heat
wok then add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry Ingredients A until
fragrant. Add pineapple; stir to mix

Add
Ingredients B; bring to boil. Add gizzards and bell peppers;
stir to mix thoroughly. Place on serving plate; serve.
