Roasted Duckling Salad Recipe

Ingredients A:

  • 1/4 pre-roasted duckling, shredded by hand

  • 1/2 cup salted jelly fish, shredded

  • 1/4 cup precooked shredded bell pepper

  • 1 cup precooked bean sprouts

  • 1 egg sheet, shredded

Ingredients B:

  • 2 tablespoons sesame paste or peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Dash of sesame oil

Method:

  1. Separately place Ingredients B in a bowl in order listed; mix after each addition. Mix Ingredients A into mixture B; place on a serving plate and serve
