Hot and Spicy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Marinade:

teaspoon dry sherry

1/4 teaspoon salt

teaspoon cornstarch

Method:

Cut the chicken into bit size chunks, and marinade with
marinade mixture for 10 minutes

Cut green bell pepper, onion and red chili diagonally into
thin slices

Heat wok and cooking oil over medium to low heat. Add
chicken and stir fry for 7 minutes, remove and set aside

Heat wok and 1 teaspoon cooking oil over medium heat, stir
fry onion until fragrant.

Add in red chili, green pepper, red chili paste, water and
chicken, and stir fry for 7 minutes

Add in cornstarch mixture and stir well until sauce
thickened

Sprinkle sesame oil
-
Ready to serve
