Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

4 boneless and skinless chicken
breasts

1 egg white
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch
-
1 tablespoon sherry
-
4 green onions, sliced diagonally in
thin pieces

1 teaspoon minced ginger
-
3 teaspoons minced garlic
-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Sauce:

Method:

Slice the chicken breasts into
thin pieces

In a bowl, lightly beat the egg
white, mix the cornstarch and sherry, stir until cornstarch is
dissolved. Add chicken and coat well, leave it for 30 minutes

Mix the sauce in a bowl

Heat work and oil, stir fry the
chicken for 5 minutes, set aside

Add onion, ginger and garlic to
wok and stir fry for about 30 seconds until ginger and garlic
are fragrant but not brown. Put in chicken and stir fry for
about 10 minutes, add in the sauce

Stir fry until the mixture is well
combined. Turn off heat and splash with 1 teaspoon of sesame
oil.
