Chicken in
Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 lb chicken breast, sliced into
thin slices

1 clove garlic, chopped
-
1 inch ginger, chopped
-
1 red pepper, chopped
-
1 onion, chopped
-
1 small broccoli, cut into small
floret

1/2 carrot, sliced
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
-
1 teaspoon sesame oil
-
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1
teaspoon water

Method:
-
Mix ginger, soy sauce and garlic
together. Add in chicken and marinade for 1 hour or more

Heat the wok and oil. Stir fry the
chicken (without the marinade sauce) over low heat for 5 minutes

Add the remaining vegetables and
stir fry for another 5 minutes
-
Add the remaining sauces and
simmer for 5 minutes
-
Ready to serve
