Brandy Chicken Wing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 lb chicken wing

  • 1/4 cups Brandy (can substitute with Whiskey)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

Method:

  1. Bake the chicken wings in the oven without any sauce at 425F for 30 minutes

  2. Mix Brandy, soy sauce, sugar, minced ginger, and garlic powder in a saucepan with low heat. Then add cornstarch for thickening.

  3. Pour sauce over the wings and bake for additional 30 minutes at 350F.
