Szechuan Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

lb beef flank steak

tablespoons soy sauce

teaspoons dark sesame oil

teaspoons sugar

teaspoon cornstarch

cloves garlic, crushed

tablespoon minced ginger

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

small red bell pepper, cut into small cubes

oz frozen baby corn
-
1/4 lb pea pods, julienned

Method:

Cut steak into thin strips

Combine soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, sugar and
cornstarch; blend with beef strips

Heat remaining 2 teaspoons sesame oil in large skillet over
medium-high heat

Add garlic, ginger, and crushed pepper, stir fry for 2
minutes

Add pea pods, stir fry for 1 minute
-
Set aside the vegetables
-
Stir fry beef strip (1/2 portion at a time) for 2-3 minutes
-
Mix vegetables and beef in skillet, fry for another 1 minute
-
Ready to serve
