Ingredients:
1/2 lb beef, shredded
3 tablespoons and 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 lb celery, shredded
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
Mix beef with 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce and cornstarch
Boil celery for 3 minutes, remove and drain
Heat the wok and cooking oil, stir fry beef until no pink outside. Add celery, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and salt. Fry for another 3 minutes
