Ingredients:

shredded beef tenderloin or flank steak

oil for frying

cup shredded carrot

cup celery, cut into 2 inch pieces and shredded finely
lengthwise

tablespoon hot bean paste

tablespoon ginger root, chopped

tablespoon green onion, chopped

Method:

Heat
the wok then add oil. Deep fry the shredded beef for 12 minutes;
remove the beef and drain. Remove the oil from the wok and clean

Reheat the wok then add 1 1/2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry
Ingredients A until fragrant. Add shredded carrot and celery;
stir fry until tender.

beef and Ingredients B; stir to mix. Remove to a serving plate;
serve
