Method:

Clean
the beef tendons by rinsing them. Place the tendons and
Ingredients A in a heatproof bowl. Steam for 4 hours, or until
tender. Remove the bowl of tendons from the steamer. Place the
tendons in another bowl and refrigerate. When cool, remove and
cut into thin slices

Mix
the sliced tendons with the chopped coriander, green onion and
