Sliced Beef  Tendons Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef tendons

  • Dash of chopped coriander

  • 2 green onions, sliced diagonally

Ingredients A:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup water

Ingredients B:

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper oil

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Clean the beef tendons by rinsing them. Place the tendons and Ingredients A in a heatproof bowl. Steam for 4 hours, or until tender. Remove the bowl of tendons from the steamer. Place the tendons in another bowl and refrigerate. When cool, remove and cut into thin slices

  2. Mix the sliced tendons with the chopped coriander, green onion and Ingredients B; place on a serving plate and serve
