Chinese Saute Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb slice beef

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 stalk leek, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon chopped red pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon grated garlic

Method:

  1. Cut beef into bite size pieces

  2. Marinate beef in mixture of all the remaining ingredients for 15 minutes or more

  3. Saute the beef in non-greased frying pan over high heat until the color changes, remove from pan

  4. Ready to serve
