Chinese Beef with Mango Recipe

Ingredients:

lb steak, slice into 1 inch slices

cups broccoli florets

fresh mango, peeled and cut into small cubes

tablespoon corn oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

teaspoon brown sugar

tablespoon chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

tablespoon triple sec

Method:

Combine sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and triple sec and mix
well

Add meat, and coat well. Refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours

Drain meat and reserve the marinade. Add cornstarch to the
marinade and blend well, set aside

Heat wok and oil over medium heat. Stir fry steak for 3
minutes or until no pink outside

Add broccoli and stir fry for another 3 minutes
-
Add reserve marinade and mango and bring to boil
-
Stir for another 2 minutes or until the sauce is thickened
and coats the meat

Add chili powder, stir for another 10 seconds
-
Ready to serve
