Beef with Nappa Cabbage in Oyster

Ingredients:

lb beef tenderloin or flank steak

cup oil for frying

lb nappa cabbage, cut into bite size pieces

green onion, cut into 6 pieces

slices of ginger root

Method:

Slice
the beef; add Ingredients A and mix. Set aside for later use.
Before frying, add 1 tablespoon oil and mix so that the slices
of beef will separate easily during frying

Heat
the wok and add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the cabbage with 1/4
teaspoon salt until it becomes limp. Remove and drain. Place on
a serving plate

Heat
the wok then add oil. Stir fry the meat slices until almost
cooked (precooked); remove. Remove the oil from the wok.

Reheat with wok then add 2 tablespoons oil; stir fry the green
onions and ginger root until fragrant.

Add
beef and Ingredients B. Turn heat to high and stir fry quickly
to mix. Remove and place on top of the cabbage, serve
