Grilled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 2 dried hot chili pepper, crushed

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon anise seed

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

  • 2 lbs lean pork, cut into wide strips

Method:

  1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, chili pepper, olive oil, sugar, anise seed, ground cinnamon and cloves into a bowl.

  2. Add pork strips into the mixture and coat each piece well. Marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours

  3. Thread 1 or 2 strips of meat onto skewer, continue until all the meats are done

  4. Grill the meats for 10 minutes

  5. Ready to serve
