Grilled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup soy sauce

tablespoons olive oil

cloves garlic, pressed

dried hot chili pepper, crushed

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon anise seed
-
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cloves
-

lbs lean pork, cut into wide strips

Method:

Mix soy sauce, garlic, chili pepper, olive oil, sugar, anise
seed, ground cinnamon and cloves into a bowl.

Add pork strips into the mixture and coat each piece well.
Marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours

Thread 1 or 2 strips of meat onto skewer, continue until all
the meats are done

Grill the meats for 10 minutes
-
Ready to serve
