Ingredients:

Method:

Combine flour, salt and dry mustard in one bowl

Beat eggs and cream together in second bowl and set aside
-
Combine bread crumbs and coconut flakes on a plate
-
Shell and devein shrimps but leave the tails intact
-
Dip the shrimps in flour mixture, then egg mixture and bread
crumbs mixture to coat well. Do it for all the shrimps
-
Heat wok and vegetable oil over high heat. Fry shrimps a few
at a time until golden brown. Drain on paper towel
-
Ready to serve. Serve well with Chinese mustard sauce, chili
sauce or even ketchup
