Crispy Fried Meat Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:

cups oil for deep frying

cups of boiling water

cups flour

2
eggs, beaten with 1/2 teaspoon salt

tablespoons oil

tablespoons wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

tablespoons soy sauce

1
teaspoon minced ginger
-
1
stalk leek, chopped

1/2 lb Chinese cabbage, finely chopped

1/2 lb ground pork

Method:

Heat 3 tablespoons oil and stir fry ginger, leek and ground
pork
-
Add in soy sauce, salt, and wine, stir fry for another 1
minute, remove to a bowl

Heat 3 tablespoons oil, and stir fry the eggs. Break eggs
into small pieces and add into pork mixture to make filling

Add cabbage into meat mixture, and mix thoroughly
-
Mix flour with boiling water and knead into dough. Cover
with damp cloth and set for 10 minutes

Roll dough on a board into long sausage and cut into small
pieces
-
Sprinkle board with flour and roll each pieces into thin
pancake
-
Place 2 tablespoons filling mixture between 2 pancakes and
pinch edges together

Heat 2 cups oil and fry meat cakes until light brown
-
Ready to serve
