Cold Chicken Appetizers with Hot
Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

chicken legs (about 1 1/3 lbs)

tablespoon sesame paste or peanut butter

tablespoon sugar

1
tablespoon white vinegar
-
3
tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 1/2
tablespoons chopped green onions
-
1/2
tablespoon ginger root, mashed or chopped finely

1/2
tablespoon garlic clove
-
2
tablespoons hot pepper oil ("la yu" in Chinese)

teaspoon presoftened, chopped peppercorns

Method:
-
Boil
water in a large pot. Put the chicken in the water; water to
cover half of the chicken.

Cook
for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken; retain broth for other uses.
When the chicken is cool, cut it into bite size pieces. Arrange
on a serving plate

Separately place all the ingredients in sequence order shown, in
a bowl. Mis after each addition.

Pour
mixture on top of the chicken and serve
