Chinese Fried Wonton

Ingredients:

oz of ground pork, can substitute with other meat

oz of shrimps, peeled and chopped

spring onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Pinch of white pepper

packet wonton wrapper

cup cooking oil

Method:

Mix well ground pork, shrimps, spring onion, soy sauce,
oyster sauce and pepper in a bowl
-
Put about 2 teaspoons filling in the center of wonton
wrapper. Fold the wonton wrapper corner to corner to form a
triangle. Then connect the other two corners together to
seal

Heat wok and cooking oil over high heat. Lower down the
heat, put in 3-4 wonton at one time, fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all wontons are done

Ready to serve.
