Chinese Fried Wonton Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz of ground pork, can substitute with other meat

  • 5 oz of shrimps, peeled and chopped

  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • Pinch of white pepper

  • 1 packet wonton wrapper

  • 3 cup cooking oil

Method:

  1. Mix well ground pork, shrimps, spring onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper in a bowl

  2. Put about 2 teaspoons filling in the center of wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton wrapper corner to corner to form a triangle. Then connect the other two corners together to seal

  3. Heat wok and cooking oil over high heat. Lower down the heat, put in 3-4 wonton at one time, fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all wontons are done

  4. Ready to serve.
