Chinese Boiled Wonton Recipe

Ingredients:

oz of ground meat (pork, chicken or beef)

oz of shrimps, peeled and chopped

spring onion, finely chopped

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

Pinch of white pepper

packet wonton wrapper

Method:

Mix well ground meat, shrimps, spring onion, soy sauce,
oyster sauce and pepper in a bowl

Put about 2 teaspoons filling in the center of wonton
wrapper. Fold the wonton wrapper corner to corner to form a
triangle. Then connect the other two corners together to
seal

Boil water in a pot, immerse the wonton and cook for about
4-5 minutes
-
Ready to serve. Go well with soy sauce or chili sauce
