Chinese Boiled Wonton Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz of ground meat (pork, chicken or beef)

  • 3 oz of shrimps, peeled and chopped

  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • Pinch of white pepper

  • 1 packet wonton wrapper

Method:

  1. Mix well ground meat, shrimps, spring onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper in a bowl

  2. Put about 2 teaspoons filling in the center of wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton wrapper corner to corner to form a triangle. Then connect the other two corners together to seal

  3. Boil water in a pot, immerse the wonton and cook for about 4-5 minutes

  4. Ready to serve. Go well with soy sauce or chili sauce
