Chinese Boiled Pot Stickers Recipe

Ingredients:

oz tofu

tablespoons Chinese mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes and
minced

tablespoons wood ears, soaked for 20 minutes and minced

1
tablespoon dried lily buds, soaked for 20 minutes and minced

1
tablespoon scallion, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
3
teaspoons soy sauce
-
3
teaspoons sesame oil
-
1
packet of Wrapper (can get from grocery store)
Dipping
Sauce:

Method:

Mash the tofu and combine with all the minced mushrooms,
wood ears, dried lily buds, scallion, salt, soy sauce and
sesame oil

Place 2 teaspoons of the mixture or filling in the center of
wrapper
-
Fold the wrapper, press the edge together for tight seal,
and make 4-5 pleats at the seal portion.

Boil a pot of water, immerse the dumplings and cook for 3-5
minutes
-
Ready to serve

Go well with the dipping sauce
